The registration process for the Event is very simple.
Each person 16 years of age or older must register separately (see here for more information about children).
Only people who have registered and are wearing the event badge can enter sessions/activities. You are however welcome to bring non-registered guests to the Cachers Treasure Buffet Dinner with the purchase of a ticket.
Please note that dogs/pets are not allowed on the Pinelands site.
To register you only need to make three decisions.
1. The level you want to register
2. If you want to add a boxed lunch
3. If you want to add additional coins, T shirts or meals
Please read through the level information carefully below, then the Lunch information, then the Additional items information. Once you have made your decisions, click on the registration button on the bottom of the page. You will be taken to a secure registration page to complete the process. Please complete all the details - and we strongly urge you to upload your photo when requested (so we can build a 'wall of faces' at the event)
Friends of the Event - you have been sent a code to use as part of registration. All others can leave it blank.

2. ADD A BOXED LUNCH
Freshly made wraps/sandwiches boxed with a salad du jour, dill pickle spear and sweet tooth dessert accompanied by assorted chilled beverages.
Cost is $12.50 per lunch.
3. ADD ADDITIONAL ITEMS
Add a Boxed Lunch : $12.50
Add a Dinner (Cachers Treasure Buffet) : $40
Children under 12's Buffet : $20
Add a non-Commemorative event coin :$10
Add a T-shirt : $15 (S, M, L), $17 (XL, XXL).
We can only offer TALC & GYPSUM levels registration onsite. Boxed lunches and tickets for the Cachers Treasure Buffet Dinner will NOT be available onsite. An additional $10 fee will be added to all onsite registrations.
Cancellations and Refunds
We can cancel your registration up till 31 July 2012 and provide a refund. Please note that there is a $15 admin fee for any cancellation/refund.
We are unable to cancel or provide a refund after 31 July 2012.
Cachers Treasure Buffet Dinner
This is a wonderful four star buffet dinner including chicken, steak and a mixture of salads. It includes desserts and nonalcoholic drinks. A sample menu is here. During the dinner there is the opportunity to ask the EarthCache Team Panel open questions about EarthCache history, future directions and more. The dinner is a perfect way to round off the Event with friends -new and old!
Children at the Event
Children 15 years of age and younger may attend sessions/activities for free (meals will be extra), but must be accompanied at all times by a registered adult. It may be more beneficial to have older children sign up at Calcite Level ($45). If you want to have them join you for dinner you will need to buy them a meal ticket. Children under 12 will have some child-friendly menu selections on the buffet and the dinner ticket is half price.
